Yearly re-verification for custom builds is 20% of the build price. Prices exclude HST. 50% deposit, balance on delivery. You own the delivered code; we keep the right to reuse the underlying engine.

Questions
Who owns it?
You own the calculator we deliver — the specific page or embed built to your spec. We keep the right to reuse the underlying engine, including the tax tables and verification pipeline, in other work such as our own public tools.
What happens when a rate changes?
For custom builds, a yearly re-verification plan (20% of the build price) re-reads every source each January and corrects anything that moved — the same freshness system that runs the public site. White-label embeds update automatically wherever they’re embedded, at no extra cost.
Can it match my brand?
Yes — colours, name and whether our credit line shows are all part of the spec. The demo above is our public land transfer tax calculator, re-skinned for a mortgage brokerage: same math, different name.
Does it track my visitors?
No. No scripts, no cookies and no analytics ship inside the embed or the delivered page, and nothing typed into it ever leaves the visitor’s browser — see our privacy page for the whole policy.
